As you can tell by my PC specs I have a beast of a machine which gets very hot at TDP 125 Watts of power. While running CPUID HWMonitor I noticed when playing my game (World Of Warship and Risk) at the same time I noticed that my Powers under my processor that the package would get up to 350 Watts and my IA Cores would get up to around 249 - 350 Watts.
