Hi, ive been having some issues recently, (started mid december 2023) where when moving the camera in games it doesnt feel fluid at all. it feels as if the frames are skipping even though frame counters say different. In game (Warframe) and RTSS both show the frame rate and frame times to be stable. ive even bought a new monitor (G2724D) thinking it was an freesync/gsync compatibility issue as i was using an AOC CQ32G1 beforehand and that wasnt verified as gsync compatible. ive tried...
