Mickey: Is there a way to change my 1240p frequencies with Throttlestop?

Hi. Is there a way to change my clockspeeds with throttlestop without disabling intel's tb? I have an acer swift 3 with a 1240p and it gets quite loud and i want to know if there is a way to set my p and e cores to lower frequencies. Cheers.
