Hello I have a tuf b650m-e wifi (latest bios and drivers ) r5 7600 , 4070 super and 32 gb ram dual channel (2 same sticks , 6000mhz cl30 team group ) I have this constant stuttering in some games ( sometimes even standing still triggers it) Not all games happen but there is a small stutter that happens like 1-2 seconds i cannot even shoot in siege that it triggers a lot of frametime issues trust me , it is not about the frame time being 100% flat , i know it oscilates but the frametime...
