As long as i can remember (maybe 10 years or so) previous generation Intel CPUs hardly ever saw huge discounts. Usually the older stuff was treated like gold, set-prices further damaging newer Generation hardware MSRPs. Now i'm seeing a 12600K/12600KF for as little as $180/$155. Very appealing price points and that too with options to scale between DDR5/DDR4 for the price conscious + the addition of e-cores which are useful in specific workloads. lol im not even in the market to buy but...
