I have a Dell Inspiron 5400 2n1 and whenever I don't have a game running the clock speed is in the 3000s but when I go into a game it drops down to around 1700 MHz, sometimes it gets as low as around 698 MHz. It didn't do this a few months ago when I downloaded Throttlestop. It doesn't even stay as cool as it was when I used it.
