Mickey: I7 9750h Thermal Throttling and Power Limit Issue

Hello everyone,

Can anyone help me with an issue in my MSI GS65 Stealth 9SG, which is related to Thermal Throttling

I recently applied thermal paste, which only improved the temperature of my GPU (RTX 2080 MAX Q). However, it didn't help my CPU, which is still hitting 95°C. I also tried undervolting, but that didn't make a difference.
