so my laptop just cannot do anything remotely intensive, and i have tried everything to fix it, disabling intel dptf, tweaking around in throttle stop everything you name it i probably did it, but i noticed that when running a popOS linux flash drive there was no lag no stutter no awful screan tearing so my current working theory is maybe the fault is in the SSD is that even possible, i would appreciate any help, also one thing to note, windows never ever detected the SSD inside only linux...
