I recently installed a new mobo (A320m a pro to B450m a pro max 2) it was all okay in the beginning but after few days my pc started to throttle my CPU and iGPU speeds at the same time under heavy load after gaming for like 30 mins and i see heavy fps spikes just before my cpu throttles to 0.500mhz and my fps dies.
