Mickey: How to move up the Boot order on Dell inspiron 620 mt

I am having a problem, changing the boot order on my Dell Inspiron 620 mt.
System info. Device info it just says
1, SSD and DVD
But it does not mention the USB Easy2boot on it,
Which I want to put XP on the SSD. I go to
boot priority
1. SSD
2. is the USB I want to boot from.
How do I move it up to 1? If I click on it
I have managed to set it as 1st boot save and reset 338 but all I get is a blinking -?
And the SSD is still set as the first boot priority How can my USB be moved up to...
