Mickey: Hot 13600kf, current/EDP Limit Throttling,very dissapointed

Super dissapointed with the 13600kf i bought

If not having pl1 and pl2 at 255 and 275 + around 250 for icc it edp throttles using throttlestop to test it

shouldn't edp throttles at stock settings, my cooler can cool a 12900k but thermal throttles doing worse case senario test, somtimes even when it's only close to 90c

max under voltage is -105 or else im getting edp other in throttlestop

what to do, better cpu cooler is possible, but why the hell does it edp throtle at stock setting when...
