So i was just doing some minor testing with my 3080/r9 3900x in the testing range to see how high i can get. i was easily hitting 400 but the game felt so jittery/laggy(like the image was constantly tearing, at least that's what it looked like)when i moved my cursor around. I just wanted to ask if anyone has the same issue, since i thought with my card especially, to get a smooth gameplay the higher the fps go but it's literally the other way around.
