Just install a strix 4090 then I got black screen at post. Struggle a bit then able to post then loading window and system restarts at the loading screen. I reset bios and put different ram stick in and reinstall window then I was able to log in window just fine then I turn off. The problem occurs again at the next boot. What is happenning?
