I have an old MSI 661FM3-V motherboard with a strange problem. None of the USB or PS/2 ports appear to be working. When the PSU is turned off, the laser on my PS/2 comes on and I tested that USB port power is present when the system is off as well. As soon as I turn on the system, there’s no power to USB or PS/2 ports. There’s no visible damage or bloated capacitors.
