Mickey: Friends new pc that i helped him build is not working

Okay so, about three days ago, me and my friend built a pc. He doesn't know much about pc's and was on a very low budget so i helped him choose parts and we decided to keep some old stuff.

It was kind of a pain in the ass but we eventually did it. We built the pc, got into bios, and everything was working fine. However we started getting problems when we were trying to play games. We tried playing gta san andreas and gta 5 but everytime we would load in, the pc would immediately crash...
