Hey everyone so basically whenever i hop on a game i get some weird framedrops when the GPU (a GTX 965M) utilization hits 99% or 100% (without an observable change of clock speeds) and if it’s not utilized as much or just basically not utilizing 99% the framerate is much better which i think is weird.
