Hi guys. I have been screwing around with Linux.I am just getting into it and my fans are making me crazy. Normally I use speedfan to control all of those things, but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent. So I got to screwing around with the fan curve settings in my BIOS and they don't work. I have my upper and lower temps set. I have my fan duty cycles set, I have tried disabled, pwm, and dc. I have tried Qfan on and off. Is there something I am missing? I have the latest BIOS update.
