Mickey: Differences between Nvidia Quadro and other Nvidias, and a cooling question.

I have a Dell T3500 workstation that i like very much with 24gb memory (It can have 48gb if you choice the right memorys) It was a Nvidia Quadro Fx 3500 inside, it costed 1599$ in that time. It goes pretty warm in Windows 8.1 pro around 60-63 and up to 70 playing 4k video, or 67 when using mozilla much. It was worse when i got it, temps up to 80 with 17 years old paste. I applied new cooling paste (But a cheap one) What would you recommend for the best cooling? I think this card gets less...
