hello all, I downloaded elden rings and was playing and every 2 seconds game would stutter. i come to find out it is my usb eject 2.0 notification poping up in the bottom right corner of my screen. I couldnt find anything wrong with usb and everything was unplugged still having issue. I ended up disabling "generic usb hub" which fixed issue from stuttering every 2 seconds, but now it stutters every 10 seconds which aligned with device manager refreshing. each time device manager refreshed...
