Mickey: Dell xps 8xxx i5 2400 post normally but won't boot please helpme to fix

The PC start but after the load of logo xps end the system won't boot The fans spin normally, LED of power pwr on normally so is not psu problems but there no video signal just a black screen with a little white bar turn on/off and i change the hdd so no storage problemsi Guess The mobo is death...

even i can enter in the bios set the config to default and set the new hdd with windows 10 20h2 to primary boot
