Mickey: Dell XPS 17 9710 i7 11800H RTX 3050 gaming problem

Hello, I've bought a new XPS 17 and I have a problem during gaming on my external 1440p monitor. I use my laptop to play FIFA 22 and CS GO, and according to the web results, I should expect ~200 fps in CS GO and ~150 FPS in Fifa. Unfortunately, not only I have around 80-100 FPS in FIFA, but also the image is not smooth, it is often stuttering and makes game unplayable (same in CS GO). In Doom Eternal I have 25-30 fps...
