Mickey: Dell 7567 Extreme Power Limit throttling problem (Intel I5 7300 HQ and 1050 TI)

First of all F U dell and Intel for making my CPU impossible to undervolt without downgrading BIOS. And after that, I came here to ask for serious help regarding my cpu frequency dropping in my Dell 7567 laptop. The laptop is fairly old but I can assure that there is absolutely no thermal throttling present (60-75 at max). But my main problem is the cpu frequency drops hard whenever I playa game, like it dropped to 2.3 ghz from 3.09 GHZ which was fine but now it started dropping to like 0.45...
