I'm having power throttle issues with my new laptop(cyber 15 a12vf) it started after a week of having it, I did flash a 105w vbios from original 45w, and I did see a major performance boost. but Im not sure if thats the problem or not tho. I've turned a bunch of stuff off in bios pertaining to prochot all of it it think and I thought that would fix the issue, but it didn't.
