After the latest update earlier this week, I noticed that my CPU was throttled to 0.38ghz. I had to go in the BIOS to disable the thermal monitor, which increased my clock to 0.8ghz. I've tried uninstalling the latest Windows update and that solved my issue but for a mere 12 hours and then it was back to the same thing again. ThrottleStop doesn't allow my to disable BD PROCHOT, so what other options do I have? Getting a new mobo is the last resort as it's very hard to get one where I live... Read more Weiterlesen...
