Mickey: CPU high temperatures in first 20-30 minutes of gameplay in any game

Hello there. I have a msi raider ge78hx 13vi laptop. i9-13980hx and 4090. My temps always been like 70-75(cpu) and 60-65(gpu). Since 2 weeks i notice that my cpu temps going to 95degree. I use thermaly grizzly conductonaut extreme for both cpu and gpu. I cleaned dust, repasted, formatted my laptop with usb, nothing changed. What i noticed is that in the first 20-30 minutes of gameplay my cpu temps are going from around 80 to 95 degree, and then after 20-30 minutes turns back to normal like...
