Mickey: Cpu Frecuency stock in 0.78 ghz, Throttlestop shows BD PRO in Red

Hello! I would really appreciate your help because im kinda desperated, my laptop frecuency is fine 1.3-2.40 ghz when unplugged, however when i plugged it the frecuency drops instantly to 0.78 ghz and it wont pass that, i installed throttlestop and it showed me that BD PRO appears in red when mi laptop os plugged in, if i disable BD PROCHOT the frecuency boost up to 3.90 ghz as it should be however it shows POWER in red, and PL2 in red under core and EDP OTHER under RING, so i would...
