Bottleneck say something like a ryzen 5900x (or 3900x) for a rtx 3060 (find that strange, i think something in the line of rx 6600 xt + ryzen 5600x, rx 6900xt + a ryzen 5900x, rx 6950xt + a ryzen 5950x or a 12700k/13700k for a a rtx 4070 and above gpu) Som sites do recommend a ryzen 7600x or a ryzen 5700x but most recommend a cpu i atleast think would have been something you would use,recommend if you have a rtx 3080 or rx 6800 xt or a rtx 4070 ti,rx 7900 xt.
