Hi everyone. I've had this problem for years and can't seem to find the solution or even the issue! So. The problem is that my pc has some sort of constant graphical stuttering that is even there on the desktop. And of course in games as well. Everything just feels sluggish, like its not updating fast enough. My mouse movements because of this feels super delayed and unresponsive.
