Mickey: cod warzone utilizes 50-55% cpu while bottlenecking gpu

cpu: i5-10400f
gpu: rtx 2070
memory: 16gb 2133mhz
mb: gigabyte h410m s2h
psu: Cooler Master MWE Bronze 650W

So i don't have this problem in other games but in warzone my gpu is on 80-96% usage which i dont undersand because my cpu is only at 50-55%. So why my gpu usage is sometimes at 80%, when my cpu don't bottlenecks it? Why my cpu usage dont want to go any higher? is it because of my ram?(every component is new except my ram).
