Mickey: CMOS keep getting corrupted the next day after PC turn off.

I changed some of the PC components, i has old AMD athlon processor. I had to change the motherboard, because i decided to take intel this time.
I bought used motherboard. I test it a few days, and it had this issue (did it every day), so i give it back, and get my money. Now, i bought the new motherboard, with compatible socket.
It worked like 10 days or something. Now i have the same issues, like in the first used one.
