Mickey: cant install windows. constantly going into recovery option mode

1tb ssd trying to wipe clean. I ran device management and did a long 1 hour format on the drive in windows.

so trying to install windows on the ssd and instead of doing the procedure its showing recovery options mode.

it saysing loading files but then it wants to recover the drive.

some partitions left that have some info imguessing

this is a pain in the ass. no matter which laptop or 2 pc the same headache.
