Mickey: can someone answer a few question on ssd performance for me

i just formatted my computer and im re installing games atm and my ssd giving my bad reads and rights as seen in the photo

i dont really know much about ssds but i don't recall them being this slow last time i was installing stuff like 4/5months ago

im using a b450 mortar max and i have installed the drivers from msi web sight and installed them plus most recent bios. both ssd are not that old

whats your thoughts on what i should go about doing or if its a normal thing
