Mickey: Can Intel recover in DYI market anytime soon?

Intel faces an uphill battle.

AMD will have ZEN 6 in 2026, probably with the v-cache gaming variants in the same year. It will have 12 core CCDs, a new memory controller with support for 8000+ddr5 (I imagine), improvements on the latency front which will benefit gaming, and maybe even have the top gaming chips manufactured on a variant of N2.

Meanwhile, Intel has an Arrow Lake refresh this year (?) and Nova Lake in 2026 on 18A, or so they say. We don't know how 18A will compare to N3/N2...
