Mickey: Beeping Sound When Gaming And Monitor Slows To 1-5 FPS (Long Sessions Only)

So I Noticed That This Issue Appears Only If All These Conditions Are Met:

1. I'm Playing Atleast 30min
2. The App Isnt From The Ms-Store
3. The Game Is Running On Nvidia GPU
4. I Have Preformance Mode And Overdrive On In Vantage
5. It Is A Game Not A App

Specs Are In The System Specs Page
And The Monitor Always Slows Down To 1-5 FPS ALWAYS
My Nvidia Control Settings Are Set To High Performance On Everything Including Ultra Low Latency, Texture Filtering, Power, etc
