Mickey: Attempting to remedy a botched mining vbios job.

I got a free gpu from a friend. They had tied to flash the vbios to max their hashrate. The flash went wrong and the card doesn't post.



The gpu is an XFX RX580 8gb XXX GTR OC+.



I am using a dual pcie x16 motherboard to test it. The other (proven functional) gpu im testing with is an msi rx 460 oc lp (low profile).



It is showing up in gpuz like so:
