Mickey: At what temp does the fan start on a Corsair RM850X white (2018 model)

I have all day tried to oc my cpu, testing for temps to get some sort of oc but sometimes intel xtu didn't work as expected, like showing bios setting when it surpose,

somes times my cpu didn't run at the speed i though it would and somestimes, bclk wasn't 100. (seems like stock speed is the most accurate and coolest with a little vcore offset)
