Mickey: asus vg27aq3a ips showing some very tiny pixels on black background

hello, i recently cleaned my monitor screen today, i prepared my microfiber cloth (those that comes that you use to clean eye glasses) cleaned it with water and soap, let it dry fully then use it on my screen with the monitor off of course.
but after turning it on i noticed a very small tiny pixels shown on my screen on black background and i then i took my time to inspect the rest of the screen with detail and i noticed theres a bunch of those they so tiny and some are close not together...
