Mickey: ASUS TUF FX504 off power limit 25W in game

    I tested in the rust. The first 5 seconds I get 70 fps and 40W+ TDP, then the TDP drops to 25W and 50 fps.
    i5 8300h, 1050 4gb, 20gb ram, win 11, bios ver 322
