Mickey: any light, cheap laptop? with numpad, decent display and good battery?

I plan to use it to connect to a desktop remotely

because powerfull laptops are bricks, and aint that powerfull without having a power plug attached to it, do run hot, and the battery suck no matter what mode

the display needs to be at least 100% srgb or better, better if its argb, but its unlikely so it doesnt matter, and if it could work also as a graphic tablet without extra hardware would be a nice thing

the budget idk, but cheapest as possible, and btw Im from europe
