Hello, because I got a very good outcome from shopping on the used market, regarding my own PC, my dad asked me to search for something old so he could replace his 2006 laptop from work with a cheap PC. So I searched for the best PC around 100-150$. I got two general results, i7 950 with a gtx 960 2 gb and i7 3770k with a Rx 460. In terms of graphics, the 960 is better by quite a margin.
