I recently purchased this Alienware laptop from a resale store, it seemed to not have an os so I installed windows 10 on it, it was insanely choppy running cs2, I checked task manager and the clock speed is locked at 0.79ghz. I've tried using throttlestop to disable BDprochot but it doesn't seem to work as the clock speed runs the same, I also purchased a new charger for the laptop but it doesn't seem to help.
