Mickey: A Single Front USB 3 Port Stopped Making Connection Sounds

As the name of the thread suggests, 1 out of 3 (2 are full size) of my front USB ports stopped making the two tone connection/disconnection sounds when I unplug and plug-in devices. When I swap my usb receivers for my Corsair mouse and keyboard, only the 2nd port from the Left makes all of the appropriate sounds when connecting or disconnecting either receiver to it. The Left port never makes any sound, the right port always gives the correct sound. I am using a Gigabyte x570 (F38E Bios)...
