Mickey: A couple of moldy (j/k) oldies... What to do with them?

So I ran across a couple derelict machines that were forgotten about in a move. Specifically, laptops. In another life, I spent a lot of time in vehicles (taxi / courier / big rigs). Recent health issues negate much on-the-go, so being mobile isn't much of a factor for me at this stage. However, these are old machines with issues, and I'm contemplating what to do with them, as I hate to scrap stuff that still works.

One is a Dell Latitude C840 model PP001X, the other a Panasonic Toughbook...
