Mickey: 7800X3D - idle frequency range & temperature questions

Have some questions about the 7800X3D.

1) What is the average idle frequency range supposed to be? I've read it should idle around 4.2-4.8 GHZ, although mine seems to idle in a range around 2.9-4.8 GHz.

Some screen shots from HW Info shortly after a fresh boot at idling. Does it look normal?





2) I have some questions about temperature at load. The CPU seems to run hot. Are these temperature ranges normal and safe?
