I built a new 7800x3d system, with asus b650e-f strix mobo, and gskill 6000cl30 mem, and newest win10 build. I reinstalled windows for this built (didnt intend to, but was forced) - however, despite not having had any other amd cpu in this system, i am getting the core park issue, which @W1zzard also mentions in his review, though he didn't get it after reinstalling windows.
