Hello guys, dunno if someone already wrote about it. I have problem with my 5800x3d. In control panel i set the power plan to energy saving but in task manager the cpu keep high clock (around 4 ghz. i have another computer with 5900x and the behavior is different. it keeps low clock (1.7 ghz).
