I'm not sure where to make this thread. I just got this new video card today, downloaded the newest drivers, and all seems well. Problem is youtube won't use the video card to decode vp9 videos, which was the biggest reason for my upgrade. I'm using Open Hardware Monitor to check the GPU Video Engine use. When playing an h.265 video on Potplayer things seem to be working - it drops the CPU usage by about a third. Anyone have any insight?
