Alright so I just swapped my Zen for this CPU, system specs updated. I've been trying to get it up to 4.4 on single core boosts, but no matter what I've done, it always seems to be sitting at 4.0. Power limits adjusted to 4096, durations at max, etc... I'm not limited by temperatures as the cooler is set to %50 and the AC is working. Is this just the way this SKU is, or am I missing something?
