I've got a pc build with a bunch of old parts, I know every component works in other builds, Motherboard turns itself on after 4seconds of psu power. Completely unresponsive, absolutely nothing but the fans turning on. Any tips? I have reseated everything and tried swapping parts I can, likely motherboard is my guess.
